Home made.
Jersey full cream milk, with Strawberry milk shake mix and a big dollop of cornish vanilla ice cream...all mixed together with a handfull of pureed strawberries and two fresh leaves of mint!

CRUSHA make a lime flavour that is well nice, but Maccy D's strawberry is the best ever - when the machine is working!!

My own made strawberry. I do it in summer when they go cheap. Blend the strawberries. Add abit of sugar. Pour on milk and a drop of cream. Lovely.
I rarely get them out, But we make them at home all the time. We use vannila ice cream, and add a triple berry mixture we get at Sam's club, (just frozen Blackberrys, Blueberrys, and raspberrys) Those turn out really good, Or we make rocky road shakes, or sometimes when its hot we make them with a citrus sherbet , those are really refreshing, too. Sometimes Strawberry or pineapple, too.
Frijj Chocolate Brownie milkshake is by far the best. The best thing about it is that everyone thinks it's too sweet so no else nicks it from the fridge. Yay!
My favorite is homemade banana and vanilla milkshake. I really like it with a raw egg. Made with real vanilla ice cream and a touch of milk. These can be mixed in a blender. I have a soda fountain style milkshake maker.
I have given up raw eggs because they can carry salmonella.
If you have never had a banana shake be sure to try one.

My favorite Milkshake is Cookies and Creme milkshake
Any milkshake from Utah. The consistency is like a Wendy's Frosty and they stand about 3 inches above the rim of the glass. Loads of different flavors. I like chocolate best, followed by root beer, and peppermint.
All of the shop-bought ones make me feel ill.
Lime and coriander milkshake with sweet chillies and anchovies is very nice.
