I would have to say that the best chocolate and peanut butter combination is just chocolate syrup and a glob of peanut butter off a spoon...I've never tried it but it sounds delicious. :)
Peanut butter and Nutella sandwich. It sounds weird, but the chocolate, peanut butter, and hazelnut flavors are fantastic together.
