i dont have MORNING SICKNESS GOSH!!!
How about some oatmeal with a touch of milk and sugar? Or some toast with just jelly, leave off the butter? What do you normally eat that makes you sick?
nothing why not some water
Try eating some toast, and some water or Sprite. Both are bland, and usually will sit well in the stomach. Bring some crackers in the car with you, so if you feel nauseous you can munch on them. Hope I helped!

try dried foods. I get carsick too so I avoid dairy or anything too heavy. Maybe some cereal or cookies. Or an apple. No eggs or milk.
i'd go ahead and have a really hearty dinner tonight (not greasy or spicy), and maybe just some toast in the morning. pack saltines and water for the road, just in case your tummy rumbles.
try garnola bars, drink alot of water but in little portions dont eat/drink anything else!!!
a banana and maybe an apple, no dairy products. dry toast if you are really hungry.
I have the same problem sometimes too, it all depends how you feel in the morning tommorrow, if you feel bad then eat something simple like a piece of toast or cereal, no need to eat a full meal with eggs and bacon.
Sounds like morning sickness...maybe go to the drugstore and get a pregnancy test kit?
Something very light, like a bannana is usually what i eat for breakfast when i travel in the morning.
rice krispie or granola bar (stay away from chocolate), a bag of peanuts or if you need "real food" (bacon eggs, etc), maybe even an hour or more earlier than your trip
How about nibbling on some crackers first, then when you get real hungry try a light sandwich like turkey.
Just have a piece of toast and a glass of apple juice, you should be just fine, do not eat anything greasy.
Why dont u just dont eat when u r in the car and if ya stop to eat somewhere eat there instead of in the car.
Gatorade and Dramamine
I am a fellow sufferer of carsickness. However, I have found that it really has very little to do with what you eat. Here are some tips that will help your stomach stay in place:
Don't read or look at things inside the car for long periods of time. This has been the number one cause of carsickness for my sister and I. Try to look at the road ahead, or better yet, keep your eyes closed. You can also try sipping ginger ale or some other clear carbonate beverage to stay settled.
Good luck with your trip.
