The frozen yoghurt I've got in my freezer at the moment has less calories and fat etc than the ice-cream I ahve but you can buy low-fat icecream too. I like eating frozen yoghurt better myself, its yum!!!
Both have the same sugar and calories.

Fozen yogurt it's so awesome and I don't like to drink milk and I don't like Ice Cream so FY is so kewl and it's a way I can get calcium and with less calories ..
