Anyone know of any foods that don't contain these?!


Question:

Anyone know of any foods that don't contain these?

1. high fructose corn syrup
2. hydrogenated oils (the food is not hydrogenated)
3. salt
4. sugar

I know that a lot of raw veggies don't contain these, can anyone think of anything else? Thanks!!!!


Answers:
It depends upon what you mean by salt and sugar. Some foods have salt and sugar naturally in them.

Meat, fish, chicken, fruits, vegetables, beans, unsalted nuts, most cooking oil, unsalted butter, milk, cheese (may have salt), pure juice, grains, wine, white vinegar, many distilled liquors, and lots more.

The items you listed are often in processed foods, which should have a list of ingredients.
