As many as you want to work. It probably doesn't matter much...you'll probably have to renegotiate anyway.
Do you mean application or time sheet? I have never seen any job application that asks you to enter hours. If you're talking about a time sheet, you should put the hours you worked on it.
It all depends how many hours your willing to work. If an employer sees that you are willing to work any amount of hours, that employer is more likely to hire you if you make a good impression. An employer always wants someone that is willing and able to work at various times. I always make sure I can use a person 35-55% of the hours available before I will hire them.
