Answers:
if you start with midly spicy foods, then over a period of time build up to stronger foods, you will get used to it eventually, but don't force yourself,we all have different taste buds!

it must b going as ahabit

Try adding a bit of hot sauce to your normal food just to get a liking for it. But just remember, don't grab water if it is too hot for you; get a glass of milk. (There is a science as to why, but I haven't seen that episode of Good Eats in quite awhile).

Good Luck and stay away from Dave's insanity sauce untill you can take the heat. One tiny drop of that will set most chili head's mouth's ablaze.

Try adding cayenne pepper to your dishes , it hits more in the back of the throat and is more tolerable. Plus it comes on a little slower and not as intense. Then you should work your way forward on the tongue with jalapenos , and then habineros. Capsicum (the heat in the pepper- found mostly in the seeds) makes your body create endorphins and is like a little workout for your system, Also helps your body stay warm.

I love spicy food, but unfortunately, if you don't like it, then you will probably never get used to it. But if you really wanna eat it then I guess start with mild spiciness foods, like say buy some Mild Salsa to eat with chips and then when you feel you can handle kickin the spiciness up, go for the next level of hotness which I think is Hot Salsa but I'm not 100% sure on that so you may wanna check that next time you go grocery shopping. best of luck on that

just keep eating spicy foods, thats how i got use to spicy foods. i started out by eating jalapenos
