I make and eat kefir yogurt everyday and have been for the past two years?!

Question:

I make and eat kefir yogurt everyday and have been for the past two years?

Should I be taking breaks from Kefir time to time? I certainly feel good for eating it.

Answers:
Kefir is a very beneficial cultured milk product, like yogurt but has benefits far in excess ,the strains of useful organisms within the product are different,& provide more beneficial functions too,If you have it regularly there is no reason to stop,a health giving food so carry on.

if you feel good, then eat it.

kefir yoghurt rules, whatever it may be. Keep on eating it. In fact, switch to two times a day. And please ignore me, I have no idea what I am saying.

I dont know what kefir yogurt is...
Here in SaudiArabia where I live, we eat yogurt with just about everything.. Its one staple most households will not do without.. We use it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, use it in many varied recipes from sweets to main dishes.. We eat goats milk, camel, sheep, and cow milk yogurt.. cow being the most popular.. We also make something called Labanah, which is where you take the yogurt, let it drain overnight in cheese cloth or any porous clean cloth and what you have left is a thick cream cheese like substance.. Add a little salt and eat it with spreads, toast, cooking with, make pastries (like cheese cakes) etc.. its real good.. There is a popular breakfast pastry made with rolled out flat bread spread with this cheese and a sprinkle of olive oil and a thyme, sesame seed spice sprinkled on top and grilled in a fire clay oven till done.. its sort of like a cheese pizza as such Lebanese style.. People eat this daily... So to make it short.. Eat your yogurt daily.. its very healthy for you..

Have no idea what this is but if you feel good carry on.
A good tip, If it aint broke dont mend it!

I make my own yogurt and I buy kefir. I love them both but I never heard of Kefir Yogurt, recipe please!!!!! I would love to try it.
