i love strawberrires. in the summer they are best either of these 2 ways.
1) sprinkle with sugar and dipped in fresh whipped cream
or
2) freeze until solid, puree in processor or blender with a little sugar and eaten as a fresh sorbet

I have two, I love strawberry pie my mom makes, and then in Canada there is this yummy stuff called Yogen Fruz and their strawberry is delicious.
I have always loved Strawberry Tarts.. the big fat juicy tarts, with the French Cream inside, and the light pastry ... I like to sprinkle a little vermouth on my strawberries before I put them on the cream. It just sweetens the strawberries just so. And then the red jelly and a dollop of real cream on top.... They are so delicious and look so spectacular for individual desserts for a Summer Outdoor Party or any party.
