Is this healthy...?!

Question:

Is this healthy...?

Provolone Cheese, Lettuce & a chicken cutlet on a roll?

I had half of it

Answers:
Absoulutly. What would make you think it wasn't. A 100% whole wheat roll may be the only thingk I think may make it better. If you are trying to eat healthy foods, steer clear of the "white stuff" Instead look for fiber in your carbs, (brown rice, 100% whole wheat bread, cous cous, etc.)

you had your dairy and protein veggie and grain* i would say yes. next time have cooked chicken breast sliced over a ceasar salad with a whole wheat small dinner roll also very healthy and yummy*
Good choice

OK what is the joke.
OF course it is healthy.

I don't think it's particularly harmful. Is the roll whole wheat or white and is the lettuce romaine (or some other dark leafy kind) or is it iceberg (no nutritional value). It also depends upon the condiments you put on it and if the chicken is fried or not. I don't think cheese every once in a while will hurt.

no, not really! the roll is probably italian bread which has high carbs and is whiteb bread (enriched wheat flour) if it was whole wheat it wouldve been better...lettuce is really goood.........chicken cutlet is healthy if its NOT fried!! Fried adds trans and saturated fat!!! cheese is ok! look at the bright side, atleast you ate only half of it!! dont worry! if you eat something unhealthy just once, doesnt mean you will be obese....i cheat sometimes on my diet too and i dont regret it....cause it doesnt affect my weight at all!!!!

I dont think eating only half could be considered "on a roll." sounds like youre just getting sarted.
Is it healthy to be so concerned about such things? The stress you bring to your life by worrying about calories and carbs and all that nonsense will kill you faster than an arsenic sandwich garnished with cyanide and rosemary. eat up, drink up and be merry.
