Milk is terrible for you. You are not a baby cow! Try almond milk for anything sweet (like with cereal - it's delcisious) and soy milk in place of all your other milk. Chocolate almond milk is sooo good! You should cut down on drinking anything other than water to quench your thirst though. Drinking a bunch of fluid with your lunch isn't god for digestion. I try to only drink milk subs and juices (other than my morning juices which is breakfast) as a treat or to sip with meals.

Fruit Juices ? or soya bean milk if u like milk so much ???

IF you want to replace milk. Have some juice but you still need to drink some milk of the calcuim. Soda is ok once in awhile but not good for your teeth. Drink milk moderately.

Try apple juice. Its nutritious and delicious. Every one loves it

I don' think drinking a lot of milk is a bad thing. It is better than drinking a lot of soda or sugar juices. But if you are worried about drinking too much milk try drinking water. It is great for you and you can put different flavored powders in it. Try and limit your milk consumption. 24 ounces in 24 hours.

Unless you are overweight, I wouldn't cut back on the milk. Milk is a key essential to building bones. Since you are in school, that tells me your body is still growing, and believe me, you want your bones to be healthy enough to carry you through your lifetime. IF you are worried about the weight, then change over to 2%, and eventually maybe 1%. I wouldn't fill in with soda-there is no nutritional value there. Go for 100% fruit juices with no sugar added. In fact I actually water mine down just a bit to make it go further and reduce the calories and carbs. If you gotta have something that is worthless when it comes to nutrition, maybe sugarfree soda or sugarfree kool-aid. Try to stay away from caffiene too! Not good to trade one bad habit for another one!

flour and water and some chunky stuff if you want it to be seperated

why replace milk? its good for you and taste good

Milk is good for you. Why do you need to replace it. If it is because you cannot tolerate it, try Soy milk - it does taste pretty good.
