What is a good model of hand-operated salsa maker?!

Question:

What is a good model of hand-operated salsa maker?

I've had one whose blades were either not sharp enough or not properly aligned, and they didn't work.

Answers:
Whenever we make salsa here I use a food processor. It is just an average size Hamilton Beach model. It works really well because it has a pulse which allows you to make it chunky or smooth.

A good tip: Try roasting the veggies before you process them. Takes on a very good fire roasted taste.
