How easy is it to find chili chipotle in London. Im moving from Mexico in july and wanted to know if I should take some cans of chipotle with me.

There is the Cool Chili Company based in London. It has a market outlet at Borough Market in South London also you can buy their products at a shop or tow in North London. they also and mainly do mail order. I use this option as I don't live in London.

I have seen chipotle for sale in a number of places. (Borough Market for one.
(You don't say where in London you are moving to?)
I would bring a small supply to start you off, until you discover a supply locally.
