cut into triangles or squares? why is it toast tastes nicer in triangles?

No doubt its got to be triangles. i dont know why but when they are cut into triangles they are so much more moreish!!!! If i forget and cut into squares/rectangles, the toast seems dull and soggy.. but cut into triangles its crisp and scrumptious!!!

idk why it tastes better in triangles, but i think its cause it looks fancier, so our minds take as being fancier, so it tastes better to us.

because when we were kids and got to go to a restaurant for breakfast that's how they served it and it was thought of as part of the treat of eating out. don't know about you but my mom never cut my toast or sandwiches. she just said yeah so tear it apart then--lol. just like getting to put a different kind of jelly on all four pieces. so triangles all the way! :-)

I usually go for squares, but only because I can't be arsed cutting it into triangles.
Maybe triangles seem better because less of the perimeter is crust? Somebody should do a research project on it. Maybe those guys who tested the theory of toast always falling butter side down.
i like white bread toast and with real butter cut in half.
i have a whole slice, but triangles is just more asthetically pleasing i find.

We only have triangle toast or bread with chicken or tomato soup when we are ill, so it feels special, cause some one is looking after you!
triangles ttly !! now that i thinkof it when its cut into triangles it tastes much better !! i guess the way u cut it changes the taste? idk i think
