i had about 7 shots...yesterday 3 long island iced teas....n beer thruout tha whole night.......so i woke up today obvioulsy with a hangover ..ate a sandwich after i drank some water right after it i barely made it 2 tha bathroom in time to throw it up...heh anyone noe wat to eat thast gonna stay? im fukin hungry...

Something really greasy...oh, and don't forget to turn the tv up really loud...and it's especially important to grab a plate or something, and hold it next to your head while banging on it with a spoon. Have a lovely time!

only time can heal a hangover, not even coffee can stay in your tummy tumm, but you should try eating soup and other liquids, they can get in your system faster than you can throw up.
Start slowly with soup broth.Don't eat very much of anything,sip water...
according to Dr. Oz and oprah, before you drink take two aspirin. plus drink plenty of water with alcohol. there is a enzyme in liquor that the liver has to fight to get out of your system, which is why you feel so bad. clear liquors have less of the enzyme, try sticking to clear liquor. finally, coffee is a stimulant which will help since alcohol is a depressant and the coffee should pick you up. hope ya feel better.
