Can you make banana smoothies with water or it has to be with milk?

try plain yogurt, it brings out the flavor of the banana

well it doesn't HAVE to be with milk but it would probably taste better and be less..watery, and milk's good for you :)

I'm assuming you're out of milk. I don't think I'd like it with water, but it's worth a shot. I still say milk though.

you could use juice if out of milk.

Try using plain yogurt or a flavored koolaid. Plain water will not give you much of a smoothie. I like strawberry/banana yogurt with fresh blueberries myself.

You can use whatever you want. I would use yogurt, ice cream, fruit juice or ice.

Personally, I think milk would be the best.
Milk is better for you and your body. Water would just probably make it taste ...watery?
Milk would add much flavor to the smoothie, and would probably be more healthier.

it doesnt neccesarily have to be milk! y dont u try it and see what happens !! it never hurts to try!
