Most of the all inclusive hotels have buffet style breakfast and lunch...breakfast therefore can be anything you want, from the full English, to something a little more healthy...same for lunch its usually help yourself...sometimes they have more expensive things on the Menu for dinner for which you have to pay extra....

They all serve British food.

usually all sorts for breakfast like cereals, fruit, yogurts, cheese, ham, eggs, breads and pastries like brioche, pain au chocolat and croissants, and hot plates with bacon, eggs, beans, sausages etc for us brits!!!!!! The bacon isn't generally like british bacon though. I have never been all inclusive, but have stayed in hotels where other people have been all inclusive and the lunchtime menu seems to be a choice of salads, hotplates with things like lasagne, pasta, fish dishes, chips and things like that. You also can order sandwhiches, toasties, hot dogs and things from poolside bars.

Probably cereals,salads,fish and grilled stuff.

Hi Chocolat, I am also off to Spain, on holiday, where meals are included, you will delighted, the food is a mixture of british and mediteranean, the problem will be, can I stick to salads, yes I must, and the Spanish salads are super. They really are. can I walk past the wonderful beautifully arranged breakfasts, and stick to my diet, only time will tell. So next week, all will be revealed. You will love it.

you should be spoiled for choice
