Someone mentioned fast food burgers. These places use cheap cuts of meats, which have a higher fat content. A lot of chefs would prefer to use 80-85% lean beef for more flavor, but that's too fatty for me. I use the 90-93%. Yes, it's drier, but all you have to do is cook it a little less. Add the cheese and mayo and there's the extra fat. Make sure you grill them, instead of frying them in the pan so the fat will drip off.

well they're drenched in greese, and I saw this independant film " Fast Food Nation " and it was all about how the cow manuer was getting into the meat patties because the machines moved to fast for the workers to remove all the organs and the intestines would get split open and the manuer will spill out all over the meat. So you're eating not only meat but also what the cows have already eaten.
They aren't bad at all. This is a myth fostered by PETA which sadly many people have taken as fact. What IS bad for us are sprouts. It's a little known fact that sprouts are alive and are immune to digestive juices in human beings. Inside your body they remain alive, growing and sending their tentacles throughout your body. Eventually these tentacles reach the brain where they seriously impair intellectual function. This explains why so many so-called "vegans" just don't make any sense when they speak.
By the way, "Fast Food Nation" was NOT a documentary. It was fiction. Just cook the meat, OK? Just cook the meat.
Because they are fatening and they clog our arteries. we have a greater risk of getting a heart atack when we eat bugers. but i dont really care. i'll eat it any way.
if you are taking about beef burgers, they have a lot of unhealthy fats in them. If you ever ate burgers from fast food place you will feel sluggish and weak after you consume it. This shows that the burgers are hard for your body to digest and takes a lot more effort than if you ate a salad.

Because beef is high in cholestrol. I love hamburgers, but always buy good quality lean ground beef or ground sirloin and broil them.
