Check out food network.com. They have many great reciepes. You can search by ingredient and other ways. I would do some roasted or grilled vegetables and a light starch such as couscous.

a few pieces of steamed broccoli & mushrooms

mashed potatoes or a baked potatoe

& ....... something with cheese.

I would serve a simple green salad made of a mix of good lettuce and baby spinach, very thinly sliced fresh cucumber, and abit of your favorite fresh fruit (for example: blueberries, strawberries, melon, or nectarines) dressed with a light balsamic dressing.

sweet pea saland;mashed pato w/gravy'garlic bread'banna pudding

real mashed potatoes w/gravy, Green Giant frozen corn, a green salad & cranberry sauce. Yeast dinner rolls are optional.

corn

In Texas it's known as chicken fried steak and is served smothered in pan gravy with french fries or mashed potatoes and one or two green vegetables. Iced tea or sweetened ice tea is the drink altho some of these rust belt texans have to have beer with it. Soft rolls are the standard but corn bread works well.

steamed veggies.

Green salad with a light dressing ... or steamed, but crunchy, veggies
