Answers:
It should be rationed. :) Each family/person would get a certain amount each month. I drink water. Usually 8-10 cups a day because when your body is thristy, it's not asking for carbonated sugary crap, it wants water because your body is made up of most water, not SODA. I drink about 2 diet sodas a week.

no i don't think so it schould be our choice

no and yes see it bad for you but over 85%f the people love it i would much better peffer water

definitely not! soda is one of the main food groups @ school. that is probably the only reason that some kids even go 2 school. if it gets banned, it won't prove any point. it will only cause people 2 bring more & more sodas 2 school. it will also cause kids 2 bring soda 2 school & sell it themselves. so if soda is banned, it will only cause problems.

Well i dont think so cuz more ppl prefer soda than any other drinks and it tastes much better!!

no, now adays everthing is dangerous isnt it?

NO
The only reason soda is frowned ON is FAT people abuse it.
Ban overweight people.

No it then removes personal choice. People should be responsible enough to make proper food choices. Anything in excess is bad for you, even water. Besides alot of people use soda in place of alcohol, should beer be banned too?

Besides according to my neurologist I should drink a soda or two when I feel a migraine coming on, because the caffeine will help. Carbonated beverages are also good for nasuea, especially ginger ale. Of course all of this is in moderation.

no i dont think so. its our choice what we want.

Seems more sensible to ban sodium benzoate instead. There are probably alternatives they could use but that are more expensive or w/e.

Also, most foods you can buy at the store have proven health risks. Limit your intake of bad stuff, vary the things you eat and eat as much unprocessed stuff as possible. If you want to ban sodas, why not ban alcohol first? Etc etc etc.

When governments are allowed to become babysitters, people no longer deserve freedom.

I understand in England, though.
Socialized health care means everyone is responsible for an individual's bad decisions. So the state deserves more control over an individual.

I don't know, they should probably just try to make soda healthier, but still have it taste good. I don't drink soda anyway, so it's okay for me, but I feel bad for others.

YES!! im not a fan of soda. i prefer mineral water. that soda kills calcium which is very important!!!
