Pork fried rice? healthy?!
Pork fried rice? healthy?
i eat chinese food a lot. i know people say that the chinese are small and skinny and all. and im sure they eat a lot of their own food, right? i eat fried rice about once a week. is it unhealthy? what about chinese food in general...is it bad for you? and i am buying this stuff from a little chinese food restaurant up the street, nothing fancy.
Answers:
It depends on what kind of oil they are frying the rice in. I suggest you ask next time you are there.
Yummy, Chinese sounds good...I'm making meatloaf tonight!
pork FRIED rice
Think about it...
Chinese food is totally unhealthy for you. I agree and I eat it alot but it is not good at all. They use all that MSG and as for the fried rice it is all the same just the meat or seafood in it is different. Pork is good you have to get what you like.
Good Luck
HAHA pork FRIED rice. anything with the word FRIED is never healty. hey me and nathan are twinsies.
um anything that is fried is not healthy sorry
and i know it is sooo unfare that chinesse people are sooo skinny and always eat fried things it is just how they are built
pork fried rice is not chinese food. Nearly everything that we as Americans consume from "Chinese" restaurants isn't authentic Chinese cuisine. However, just follow normal eating rules and you'll be fine. Eat sensible portions, etc.
chinese food isnt healthy at all buddy. u should see wat they really eat. seaweed and sushi >> stuff they dont wana share with fat america lol. ummm once a week is good i say..to eat chinese...its so delicious though rite :(
Well, if its FRIED it's not healthy. Most Chinese food has MSG in it anyways, so its best to avoid consumption.
Absolutely it is. Just because a lot of Chinese people are skinny doesn't make it not bad for you. A lot of Asian people get high cholesterol and the works. A lot of Chinese restaurants don't throw away they're food to save money. So it is conceivably possibly that they let their chow mien and whatnot sitting in a grease bucket for a week. Still tastes great though!
Not usually.I've noticed them eating fresh fish vegetables and white rice. Chinese food unless ordered steamed with low salt isn't healthy by many standards. It's usually fattening also.
The rice is Healthy, but the pork fried I don't know?
wat do u have against chinese huh
eat the food or shut up
there might be some rat shyt in it
Chinese food is cook in oil. Japanese cook with water. Japanese are thinner.
Chinese food is good for you as long as you cook it by yourself. If you buy it from a chinese restaurant, they put a lot of MSG. You can buy chinese food from a restaurant once in a while. Why don't you try to cook Chinese food by yourself? It is fun!
Pork is not kosher and is very bad for you. Fried things are greasy, usually have alot of trans fat, and are also VERY unhealthy.
Three words come to mind
Pork - Not Healthy
Fried - in oil is Not Healthy
Rice - Carbs Not Healthy
It depends on what you are eating. There are some dishes that are relatively healthy, but others, not so much. Also, the portion size matters. A small serving of fried rice is one thing, but a huge take-out container is probably not so healthy. You may want to consider learning how to cook some of your favorite Chinese recipes. That way you can control how much sodium and fat goes into your food.
Pork Fried rice
about 500 calories per average serving size.
Steamed rice
about 100 calories for the same serving size
Fried rice isnt very good for you. It is pretty high in sodium, as is most chinese food, but once a week shouldnt harm you at all.
=]
well depends what u get i always get steamed broccoli and shrimp with no sauce a quart but don't eat the rice its like 200 calories for pint of white rice I can give u exact food info of pork fried rice a whole dish has 1370 calories 57 grams of fat 150 carbs and 55 grams of protein it ranges in the 1000s depending on how they make it its okay once in awhile having chinese it has alot of salt alot of calories in some of their dishes like tso chicken its 300-400 for half a dish and thats just the chicken its self not with the rice and egg roll egg rolls are 360 calories for regular kind 1000 calories for lemon chicken alone fortune cookies are 30 calories or 25 pretty much rounded off chicken chow mein whole dish 690 chop suey 560 whole dish 1 spring roll 80 calories so this is an idea of the calories in chinese food its mainly very salty and all so watch that and eat it once a week is fine
Yes it is !
Wow did YOU ever bring out the food freaks, judgemental bigots, and uninformed geniticaly not sure.
Even the Chinese do not have pork fried rice EVERY day.
And too many of these nerds have no understanding of food and health
they just spout off the garbage they have been told.
