Is there a list or "non-dairy" food products in grocery stores?!

Question:

Is there a list or "non-dairy" food products in grocery stores?

Im Lactose intollerant and I have a hard time reading all the hidden dairy ingredients on some food items. Any suggestions please, Thank You..

Answers:
There is no list that I am aware of-you just need to google to learn some of the terms for dairy, such as cassien, whey, whey protein, locatose, powdered milk, kefir, yogurt, butter, cheese, etc. Have you tried raw organic milk? I am not just intolerant, but highly allergic to commercial milk. It turns out, my allergy was really to the antibiotics, steroids, growth hormones and synthetic vitamins added to commercial milk. I now use raw milk, churn butter from the cream, and make homemade cheeses with vegetarian rennet-I am delighted to have dairy back in my life. Email me if you need more info

Just buy natural foods instead of all that packaged junk with "hidden ingredients."
