Oily meat preservation by vacuum packaging?!
Oily meat preservation by vacuum packaging?
Hi, is there a way to preserve an oily-cooked meat with vacuum-sealed packaging? If there is, what's the machine I should be looking for? Is there a better way to preserve such food? Thank you.

I have been using a Tilia for years. It practically cuts out freezer burn, and packaging meat with it is great. Plus you get a couple of years in the freezer with it. I just had some baby back ribs for dinner today, and they were nearly 3 years old. Came out great!
