Compared to some other brands, it might have less preservatives. But it does contain a large amount of sugar, so be careful!

The best yogurt for you is one that has active "lactobacillus" bacteria in it; whether it has fruit or not isn't important.

These healthy bacteria help maintain your digestive system, and without them, you would become very sick. Look for it on the label when you buy yogurt.

It depends on the company. Some companies tout their fruit-on-the-bottom yogurt like it's some healthy treat when in reality it's full of sugar or artificial sweetners. If you get one that has real fruit and yogurt from cows that haven't been injected with steroids you'll be doing yourself a favor. Try Stonyfield Farm yogurt. It's the best for you because it also has a lot of probiotics which aid in digestion and is organic so those cows haven't been treated with antibiotics or hormones.

I can't ansewr your tech Q's
But you have no concept of production procedures
Look
Squirt the fruit in first, then
Squirt the Yougurt in and cap it
Charge 30% more and let the fools mix it themselves.
BUT of course your too smart for that...
right.
