depends on what vits you want because different foods hv different levels of vitamins and minerals.. green leafy veg are high in iron.. citrus fruits are high in vit c... banana's are an excellent source of potassium... yoghurt and cereals are excellent sources of the vit B complex.. karela (bitter gourd) are excellent for iron and sprouts possess vits and minerals that can combat cancer... you really just need to read around...
