How can I show the quantity of fat in a serving of burgers or fries?!

Question:

How can I show the quantity of fat in a serving of burgers or fries?

I'm doing a speech about why we shouldn't eat fast food. I am wanting to show the amount of fat so people can visually see how much fat or even sugar are in the fast foods.

Answers:
Use a pie chart. Show fats and sugars of normal foods such as fruits, vegetables, and wheat foods. then show a pie chart of fats and sugars of french fries and everything else you need. or you can put them all onto one, and show how much fats and sugars of the total meal all different foods made up.

Get a block of lard and display it next to some mince to give a visual idea.

Jelly

You could say, "if you ate a burger every day for a year, this would be a years worth of fat", while holding up your jelly bowl.. wobble it around too! Just change the time-period you talk about to make it more impressive so you can have a big bowl!!!!

Don't forget to mention healthy and easy alternatives too.

but fast food is so tastyyyyyyyyy :[

too bad its like 6 in the morning.
