no i definitely couldnt, i cant think of anythin more borin. Food should be enjoyed and this would just be a chore.

i coudl eat like tha tbut i hate cooking i i result to take awya almost every day! really bad but cooking for one is pointless !!! if i had a cook preparing me these meals then i would do it!

yeah I guess I could get used to it as long as I had enough to eat so that I was full

its fine with me but i will add to it, unsalted butter to make it more palatable

Last about a day and a half before I had to smuggle a Snickers bar.

Yep, it would be hard as I LOVE my red meat and snacks, but yeah, it could be done. There are lot of ways to 'spice' up food without using salt. Herbs would work well as a substitute...

Absolutely NOT!!!!!!

NEVER!

It would be hard for me, but I could probably do it, especially if someone was paying me to do it.

Yes'r I sure could. Its all mental!

I could if someone would cook/prepare that for me..
i could probably do it for 2 months straight. .but on the third month i'd probably have a week off (or two)...
also, cheat days every sunday would be good too :)

this diet actually isn't that bad.. i've been eating something similar for my cutting phase in the gym... the only problem i've encountered is when you need to eat out.. not a lot of restaurants serve healthy food like this (and your friends probably wouldn't like to eat at a place w/c does...)

Oh My Gosh...you know thats what i do eat...lol

1) i only drink Green Tea and water coz iv quit coffee-v.bad for your blood and concerntration, fezzy drinks are too fizzy
2)i love chicken, (not the breast thou) and fish - but i do eat every other type of meat
3)i only eat brown rice, pasta and bread (gives you tons of energy, good for your diguistion) and i LOVE sweet potatoes
4) i have fish oils in my oil and eggs (i have seeds in my brown bread so i dont need to eat them on their own - i wouldnt be able to do that)

The only thing which i different to me and your list is that i use spices - Tons of it (but pure ones) which means its not mixed with added salt..etc

i eat salt (but hardly ever)
i eat sugar and when i have no choice at all i eat processed foods (which only tends to be when im out and about and very hungry)
i dont eat sweets, chocolates, sweets, cakes (this is purely because i seem to be illergic) which i think is due to all the amount of salt and sugar they had in their products..

all i can do is laugh...from your question it seems like this is food which no one can stick with because it has no rubbish inclucded..
.is this your diet which you gotta stick to??

this isnt my diet, but rather the way i choose to eat...it makes me feel good that im helping my body, you only have one body in this life so why not take care of it!!

Good luck though...but you will get use it eating like this if you stay strong for only one week..your body will then crave veg and brown bread.

no im sorry i dont think i could for very long stay with this

I could eat this easily, with maybe an occasional craving that would go away quickly except for one thing: you didn't include any veggies, and I love them. And I think our bodies love them, too.

Never been outside the civilized rat race ?

There are places where rice, fish, and dairy are the only items available...

yes.

No, I need sugar and alcohol!!

it would be nice to think yhou could but we all know it would'nt last! No way, could'nt last without a tiple.

this is not good for you, you need to eat fresh fruit and veg aswell!

YES,when i was very sick and the doc told me,that i needed a healthy diet.it's sucks, but it helped me.

My whole diet is in the 'no' section ... so you lost me as soon as you said ... NO SUGAR ... lol :)

Were is your fresh fruit and veg, no i could not eat like that

No way - no fruit, no veg, no cheese, no lamb, no beef, no marmite, no HP sauce, no chocolate - no fun - and it sounds like you can't even have a drink to take away the tedium of what you are having to eat!

Seriously, this would be an unhealthy diet to follow without any fruit and veg or calcium.
