You'd probably have serious cravings but if you could stick to it you'd probably lose weight if that's what you're looking for.

A better way would to add a little more variety of low fat, low calorie, high protein foods into you're diet. I lost almost twenty kilos on a STRICT diet of this nature, accompanied with only moderate cardio and strength-building exercises. I'm convinced now that diet supercedes exercise in weight loss.

you'd go to the bathroom too much. Very annoying. Eat balanced skip white bread. Go for rye bread instead.

Nothing but if you go any longer than a week a good multi-vitiman is needed especially for B-12 which is only found in meat. It helps nerve cells and red blood cells it is also needed to make DNA.
