Answers:
Hi. I am lactose interolerant - definately not the same thing, but I can still help!

*Instead of cereal, try oatmeal. It may sound gross, but there are many ways to eat it. Sweeteners include sugar, honey, maple syrup, or even just plain fruit and cinnamon. You can try putting in a handful of Honey Bunches of Oats or a crumbled up granola bar for a sweet, tasty crunch. Raisins, bananas, and berries are good fruits to put in. Also try peanut butter...

*Why can't you have poptarts without milk? Poptarts are not good for you anyway because they are loaded with chemicals and sugars. Replace them with toast or english muffins. You can put honey, syrup, butter, or peanut butter on there to enhance the flavor, and even some raisins or something on top. What about graham crackers and apple juice? That's a snack from kindergarten I still enjoy.

*Instead of hot chocolate, try a cup of cofee mixed with Nesquik and a splash of milk. There isn't enough to throw off your calcium consumption for the day.

Maybe you crave milk because you don't get enough protein or drink enough water. Fruit juice, as suggested above, would help with the water. Try drinking around 6 glasses a day...8 is a little too much, at least for me...I'm a small teenager...lol. Try eating some protein in the morning like bacon and eggs, have toast, drink some water, and see if that helps your craving for milk any. If none of this advice helps, I recommend you talk to you parents about seeing a dietician. They can help figure out an eating plan that is well balanced and enjoyable for you. Good luck!

Juices with Vitamin D that contain fruit from concentrates. They can come without pulp.

Toast, French toast, fruits (any fruit really), Nuts, eggs, bacon, ham...... List can go on and on.

Whereas drinking in the morning i'd say water, juices and plain tea can be quite good for you.

Hope I was some help. :)

Eggs & OJ

I have been eating Hot Pockets and Lean Pockets for breakfast lately: try their ham and egg pocket. Every so often I get up early and make a huge fruit bowl.

for breakfast today I had
1 scrambled egg (scrambled with water) - with onion, tomatoes, green peppers, ham in it
a slice of whole wheat toast and a cup of cut up cantaloupe

all washed down with ice tea ( few drops of pure unfiltered honey in it)

Try drinking some orange juice or cranberry juice. Pancakes or waffles and some fresh fruit would be good. If you're in a rush a breakfast bar or protein bar would be good too. There's all sorts of bars out there. Hope this was helpful.

Here's an idea: Into a blender, put 1 cup of orange juice, 1 banana, and 6 - 8 frozen strawberries. YOu could add some protein powder or soymilk if you wanted.

Blend until smooth, enjoy. Lots of potassium and vitamins, no fat, no milk.

Go to http://www.allrecipes.com/ and search for Smoothies, or Lassi to get vegetarian ones (that is, milk-free). There's a zillion of them, including a really good Strawberry Brekfast Smoothie (I think it's called) that contains oatmeal! Sounds awful, but it's fantastic!

I admit, I've never heard of the "too much milk" problem... calcium is good, generally. But too much of anything can be problem, I guess.

orange juice and fried egg with taylor ham and cheese on engllish muffin or toast or muffin with sausage pattie and egg and cheese or bacon on potato or regular bread with oj or even apple juice or cranberry juice

dry cereal!!!!!!!! =] eggs... bacon... with orange juice.... although do not over dose on oraneg juice because can die... from an over dose of vitamin c..!!!

Have some juice. If you really like cereal with milk for breakfast, try taking milk out of another meal. I wouldn't be able to drink water in the morning, yet for lunch have no problem with it. For some weird reason, water in the morning makes my stomach turn.

Instead of completely changing your routine and breakfast favorites (however, variety is good for your metabolism) why don’t you try a substitute.

I recommend substituting milk with Perfectly Protein by Bolthouse Farms. The ingredients are:

Vanilla Chai tea (soy milk brewed, green tea, vanilla extrac), soy protein, apple juice, carrageenan calcium, vitamin C, vitamin B6, zinc, iron, and vitamin b12

I guarantee you it will make most of your breakfast meals taste even better. And, it will give you 10 grams of protein and 30% calcium per 8 ounces, only 160 calories and 3 grams of fat, and other great nutrients besides the vitamins I mentioned above like potassium and magnesium.

I hope this helps and good luck!

well i am lactose intollorent so my family trys not to keep to much milk products out in the house. I find that it is easy just to use substitutes, like in your hot chocolate put water instead of milk.. poptarts are really good with orange juice.. if you drink the milk in your cereal just try not to put so much milk in but you will just have to stir the cereal more often.

Mayb u should just try drinkin juices lyk *apple *grape *orange and other juices... and you could drink apple juice and thats kinda good with waffles... or mayb u could try to just eat fruits for breakfast b/c they dont really taste that good w/ milk. -and some good fruits for breakfast are *grapefruits *oranges *apples (with peanut butter) *or mayb a fruit salad

toast, eggs, and granola bars are good breakfasts to eat with any kind of juice. Also, you can eat breakfasts with milk in them that are mixed with other ingredients. for example, fruit smoothies, yogurt, or cheese sticks. remember, you should not cut milk totally your of your diet because you will then crave it. just drink it in moderation.
