Just the fact that you asked about an age limit tells me that you are up to something. (I don't know if there is an age limit) That being said, I can get it at my local Kroger grocery. You could also look in the yellow pages.
When we needed some, we had to go to the ice factory to get it. I have no idea about age limit.

SOme convience stores sell dry ice, but I don't think there is an age limit.
Walmart super stores carry it and I didn't notice a sign on the container about age so I guess maybe in some places and not in other. Use extreme caution when handling it can cause really really bad burns.
Check your local grocery stores...and yes, you usually need to be 18 to purchase dry ice.
