Protein shakes???!

Question:

Protein shakes???

Protein shakes???
what are those?what are some brands to buy and do they taste good........how do they help your body???

Answers:
Protein shakes are like on the go breakfast. They taste great but some are not better than breakfast. They come in great flavors! Strawberry, chocolate, malt, etc. I like the brand carnation. You can buy them ready to drink or you can buy them powder so all you need to do is mix it with milk. So if you are late instead of making eggs, just grab a protein shake!

hope this helps...

protein shake are good for people that are not eating enough protein in their diet. Gastric by pass patients drink them. They can't hurt unless you pick on that is very high in calories. Read the label before buying. I use something called any-whey protein powder, it is tasteless and I mix it with juice. I had gastric by pass a year ago. If you do not eat enough protein you hair falls out!

I used to sell a great product called RELIV a few years back. I refuse to sell a product that I don't use myself or is unnecessarily expensive. I could write a fifty page lecture on how good this stuff is. But I work waste your time here. It is a protein drink (soy protein) with a lot of other nutrients. I have never seen this product fail to improve the health of the user. I plan to start using it again soon.

Check it out for yourself at: www.reliv.com

Protien shakes are for peoplewtho do not eat enough protien in their diet. ( example, some vegetarians) Shaklee has many different kinds of powder protien shakes.( Ii.e. chocolate, vanilla, flavorless) They are good on the go breakfasts, but also help your body strengthen its immune system and build stronger muscles. Oh, and you can mix protien with fruit such as strawberries, blackberries, and banans in the blender. Yum!
