What are the benefits of the green tea? does it have side effects?


Answers:
No side effects. Not really. Its got antioxidants that help u clean ur system. And also it help improve the rate of metabolism by around 3-5% max in the body.. which in turn "helps" in weight loss.. but it doesnt actually lead to weight loss. I have it twice a day without sugar or milk ! :)

Green tea is supposed to give you energy,a sharper mind and they claim that it helps you lose weight.I don't think that it can hurt you but not everyone can handle drinking it.It makes me sick to my stomach in any form.I tried the hot tea,the cold and even the pill form and it made me really sick.If you try it, I would not make it real strong to start off with.

I drank coffee with cream and sugar for years. i would get that infamous sugar spike and then become exhausted right after. A couple of years ago I tried green tea with honey. It worked better than coffee, I didn't spike and stayed alert for a much longer time. i felt healthier and started losing weight. I recommend it highly.

Side effects? Yes. Caffeine, which causes restlessness and insomnia. Stomach upset. Iron deficiency. All relatively rare, but worth knowing. Again, check out the second link.
