2468 Diet--what do you eat on your 600 or 800 calorie days?!

Question:

2468 Diet--what do you eat on your 600 or 800 calorie days?

Please, please, please spare me the lectures. I am not pursuing the anorexic lifestyle (I have blood sugar issues plus get cranky as hell when I don't eat), I just need sample meal plans for an assignment that I'm working on. And please know that I will not lecture you if you share this information with me--we all know that this is not the recommended amount of calories to consume in a day--I just want my answers to be as accurate as possible.

Answers:
for my 600 days, it usually consists of veggies, fruits, and proteins. no fats, really. that defies the purpose.

anyways, my 600 day usually looks like:

eggs, whole wheat bread, yogurt, tossed salad with 1T parmesan, a nectarine or two, grapefruit, tea, water, maybe a Subway Veggie Delite Sub, veggie patty, vegetarian beans, mushrooms, salsa w/ baked corn chips...

it seems like much, huh? usually just from 400 cals i'm pretty full. 600 days and 800 days are hard.

but yes, protein is important on 600s and 800s, because i workout more. some people like to consume liquid cals on 600s and 800s because food is too filling.

well, I am currently on a diet and replace one meal (dinner) with a shake. In the shake I include the following:

1. Blueberries (filled with antioxidants)
2. Strawberries
3. Banana ( fill you up)
4. SKIM MILK ( helps you digest)
5. Teaspoon of Honey
6. Grapefruit ( a great source of FAT BURNER)

Just make enough for one cup and I guarantee you would be satisfied and hopefully start shedding off those unwanted pounds! I wish you luck!!! :)

Oatmeal, fresh fruit, yogurt, eggs. Lots of water with lemon which is a natural diuretic

Try SpecialK with a fresh fruit and low fat milk.
