Reworded...who will be interested in joining a cooking website?

Hi

I posted a question and from the answers I received i think the question was misunderstood (maybe).

I was searching for a webpage that contains the followings.

1. Online recipes
2. Bi-weekly journals
3. Weekly (or more often received sweepstakes)
4. Contests
5. Helping amateaur cooks to overcome obstacles.

And also suggestions will be taken into considerations to improve the page.

Now I was wondering if you will consider joining it for a small amount of fee, like a dollar or two per month?

I am only asking this because I want to open a webpage, but it costs money and therefore I just want to know your opinion about it.

Also, if anyone has ideas regarding how to reduce price for maintaining a webpage then please let me know.
