Answers:
I would think its good. Some people let it sit out for almost a week they think its best right before it rots. There is also aged beef so a couple days in the fridge is fine

If you are in doubt---toss it out.

I wouldn't. Sounds a little suspicious.

Ewww 3 days in the fridge and it is a stink bomb.

i think it will be ok. it just aged a litte longer, but if you're not sure toss it

If it kinda smells and you are asking whether you think you should eat it or not, YOU SHOULDNT.
Food should never have any kind of wierd smells to them.

It is probably ok, but if it taste the least bit funny, don't eat it. No sence in taking a chance on making yourself sick.

Yes it is. It smells horrible.

i wouldnt of eaten it or cooked it. usually when meat is left out in room temps for more hten 4 hours, the bacteria can grow and have potential of making one sick. so take your chances on eating it, even if it was vacuum packed, the bacteria could already be on the steak before it was packaged.

The color changed due to oxidization, Thats a sign that your vacume pack had a hole in it somewhere. 3 days isn't too bad. You can eat it and it should be ok. Might taste a little like your fridge. It's not something i'd serve to my customers but it shouldn't hurt you. If it does hurt you, you'll just have the Shhlitz

The quality of your steak is doubtful...the freshness however is NOT...three days is a lot for raw meat to go unfrozen.
BUT, if you do insist on cooking and eating it then...
OVERCOOK it...at least you can be sure of killing off most, if not all, of the harmful bacteria that was sure to accumulate during the thawing process.
