Question:

Some healthy treats for hot summer days? very easy to make/pick up?

Like frozen grapes, nothing i have to actually try putting together.

Answers:
Frozen fruit was going to be my answer... but I see you already mentioned frozen grapes. I was going to say frozen berries, melon and banan slices too.... I love frozen fruit, very refreshing and NATURAL, not like all the processed stuff that's available.

Also... what about yogurt? Even frozen yogurt.

The jury might be out on it's "healthy" status but... things like Crystal Light Lemonade is refreshing and can easily be kept handy and cold in the fridge or... they have those single-serve packets of the powder that you can keep in your purse and pour into a bottle of water when you're out. I love lemonade in the summer!

There are lots of other "healthy snacks" I can think of... but none of them really say "summer" to me... Like one of my favorite pick-me-up snacks is.... A stick of string cheese and a handful of whole, natural almonds... The protein plus the fiber/carb is an excellent combination for feeling satisfied... that snack with a bottle of water is perfect!

Good luck!
