How come cheese tastes better melted?!

Question:

How come cheese tastes better melted?

Why does cheese taste so much better melted? I love it melted but I dont like it regular

Answers:
Are you kidding?! Melted cheese gives the "YYYUUUUMMM" factor to anything you add it to or dipping into it. Its melted decadence!! ;)

Probably because the texture changes, and it gets warmer. I also love melted cheese.

=]

probably because it is warm and has a more creamy texture

melted chees is deff better

i dont know i dont like cheese unless its melted either so yum

maybe it is the combo you like. Usually melted cheese is on something...sandwich, pizza....

GO CHEESE:)

I melt cheese on toasted bread for the last ten years, and yum yum cheap sandwhich.

when its melted or room temperature, the fat in the cheese turns to liquid, which means it's easier for the flavors to explode in your mouth

If you leave a piece of cheese out at room temperature for about 20 minutes you'll notice it.

Yes and it is great on sweetish stuff like fruit buns/hot cross buns too. Mmm.

Because when you eat cheese cold, it has a texture sort alike rubber. You chew it, and swallow without it touching too much of your taste buds on your tongue. But when you melt cheese, and eat it, it then covers not just your tongue, but your cheeks...It melts all through your mouth. So...Which means, when you melt cheese, it enhances the flavor of the cheese, and thats why you like it better:) ( Melted)?

Make sense? lol

i am not sure
