Yes Retard

yes. Yogurt is made from milk. Milk comes from a cow. If it comes from a cow and isn't meat, its dairy. It contains a special culture of bacteria that flavor it and make it thick. When you make yogurt, it must be kept at about 90 degrees F and have a little bit of live yogurt added to it to start out the culture of bacteria. Fruit flavored yogurt does not have enough fruit to be in the fruit group. It is a good source of calcium and other nutrients found in milk.

Yogurt is a weird dairy, but is a dairy product nevertheless. If you're lactose intolerant, you can handle it since it's essentially partially digested milk. Soy yogurt would be an exception.
