How do I re-heat chip shop chips??? PLEASE HELP, I'm HUNGRY!?!

Question:

How do I re-heat chip shop chips??? PLEASE HELP, I'm HUNGRY!?

Hi! Earlier today I enjoyed a meal of pie and chips. (The big chunky type). Me and my boyfriend were stuffed after eating half, but my stomache is now rumbling!
So what's the best way to heat them? Preferably without making them really gross and soggy!
Thanks!

Answers:
Just eat them cold and don't tell your stomach what is going on..it doesn't need to know...

try a toaster oven if you have one or just re heat them in ya oven

Flash fry them again would be my advice. The microwave will make it soggy. If they are very oily, try putting some under the grill for a couple of minutes.

I always use the oven. (Use a lightlyoiled cookie sheet and 425°F) Refry will def make them greasey. Micro will make em soggy (I hate soggy the most)

Place on a cookie sheet
Sprinkle a little olive oil over them (just a drizzle)
Put them under the broiler for approx 5 to 8 minutes.
Keep an eye on them so they don't burn.

You can also microwave them, they just wont be crisp.
You could also use a heavy frying pan using a little oil and get the pan extremely hot and toss the chips in the pan until hot and crisp.

I was going to say oven too...I have seen them bbq'ed too!!! heh heh heh

Heat your oven up to about 250 and put them in for 10-15 minutes. Or you can use a toaster oven as someone else mentioned.

Just bake them in the oven until they are hot. They may shrivel a bit, but they will never be as good as there were straight out of the deep fryer at the shop
