Can sunflower seeds clean your teeth?

I eat ALOT of (salted) sunflower seeds (like 1 to to jumbo bags a day) and everytime I'm done eating my teeth feel so clean and smooth! Also is it bad to eat too many sunflower seeds

Dude - it's salty. Too much of anything ain't good for you, and no, I do not think that sunflower seeds clean your teeth. So - do you brushing, flossing and mouthwashing as suggested by your local dentist.

Since you need a tooth pick to remove the bits, I'd say no. I love sun flower seeds,can never have too many.
