How should i approach starbucks for using spoiled milk in my drink??!

Question:

How should i approach starbucks for using spoiled milk in my drink??

today i was at starbucks for my usual iced chai tea latte and with that i normally drink soy because i feel like it has a better taste than milk even though im not lactose intolerant. when i was at starbucks they didn't have any soy left which doesn't bother me so they used nonfat milk instead which is fine. once i had a taste of the drink my throat started to burn so i threw it away and now im started to feel extremely sick which sucks but should i go over there and tell them about it and if so how should i bring this up to their attention and would i get anything out of it?? im not one to complain about every little detail but im starting to pay for it now

Send them an email. They will send you some coupons for free coffee.

Sue the crap out of them.

find out who the REGIONAL manager NOT the shop manager and raise hell. You will be compensated.

you need to go to your local ER because that happened to me once and I had major food poisoning. Mine got worse instead of better, until the hospital worked on me. If your vomiting and the "runs" at the same time, PLEASE go to the hospital, by all means. Hope you feel better real soon.

Just kindly ask for another Chai or latte or whatever. Spoiled milk won't make you sick. It's just kind of gross.

If you didn't save the drink they gave you, you can't prove anything. No lawyer would take the case; since they only get a percentage of the win, they go for cases with big payouts.

OMG you should definately complain, that is disgusting. When you complain u have to ask for a manager and explain to them, they will listen to u because if you are a regular customer I'm sure they have noticed you and don't want to loose your business. Whenever it comes to food or anything you have to put into your body, you should always complain. And that is not a little detail that is your health.

I would go straight to the store and nicely ask if you can speak to the store manager. Explain what happened exactly how you have just explained it to us, but do it in private and not in front of a heap of customers. If you do not get a satisfactory response, then I would approach the company itself and explain how you approached the manager and the response you got. They will be happy to get the feedback and as each store is franchised out, they will be able to contact the store owner and let them know what their staff are like. Remember though, if you do get the response you were after, still contact the company and let them know that you had a situation and how well it was sorted out. Everyone likes some good feedback as well as the problems. You never know what may come of it all.....but I hope you are feeling ok again now and that you didn't get too sick.

Just go back to the store and speak to the manager.

Yea I would go back and tell them that since you drank the ice tea that you have been feeling queezy, but whether you actually going to get anything out of it I have no Idea, but it's worth a try
