I doubt if there is any "magic bullet" out there to raise your IQ, but I do believe certain foods help you better use what IQ you already have:
1. Salmon - actually any food high in Omega 3's; salmon just happens to have a lot
2. Lecithin - there's anecdotal evidence that it might slow memory loss
3. Ginkgo Biloba - some say it enhances recall & cognition.
4. Sprouted Whole Grains - if a food is easier to digest it frees up blood and calories for brain activity
5. Caffeine - it's my favorite short term solution to too little sleep (sufficient amounts of sleep are vital to higher mental activity)

they say fish for the omega-3 in it.I can't remember...Wow I could go have a V-8...see ya.
