Usually in a supermarket. If none of your local supermarkets carry them, try checking out a smaller convenience store like 7-11 (which almost always have them).
Keep in mind that they will probably be less expensive at a supermarket.
Not all products are available everywhere. They might just be a "test product" available in only certain stores.
I don't know about New Jersey but they are in President Choices Real Canadian Wholesale store in Salmon Arm! You're talking about Flaming Torch Cheetos Aren't You? Hostess makes one but they call theirs Blazing Saddles! It's real wicked! They only seem to be around when Mexicans and Italians are around alot!
They are pretty new not everywhere yet -- but they will be fairly popular. Most of the larger Gas Stations with big snack food shelves have them. I am not sure of the gas stations chains in Jersey.
