What should I eat?!


Question:

What should I eat?

Okay , I am at work right now and a little hungry. I have access to a coffee shop (doughnuts and cookies are available), fruits (a bowl of melon), tuna sandwich and pizza. What should I eat?
BTW...i did not have breakfast.


Answers:
Go for a nice healthy Tuna sandwich and some fruit.
I am about to make scrambled eggs on toast for breakfast in a few minutes.

Pasta for energy

Tuna and melon.

Tuna sandwich and fruit are healthier, but i would go for pizza;-)

Bowl of melon.....Fruits are always healthy.

eat the tuna. If you can get lettuce (better yet, sprouts) and tomato, go for it and eat very slowly, giving your full attention to eating. That means STOP working for the five or ten minutes you will need to eat.

Pizza is WAY too much fat and empty carbs, the water in the melon will not sustain you until supper and I don't really need to tell you about the pastries.
