All fresh fruit and veg is good for your health.

broccoli,carrots,well all vegatables.

Blueberries and Almonds.

Corn, String beans, Bananas, and Oranges. Trust me

all of them.
5 portions a day, fresh veggies & fresh fruit, all as good as each other.
no one veg or fruit has more health giving virtues than another.

The veg is broccoli and grapes

Pomegranates, blueberries... high in antioxidants!

green veg, brocolli, green beans, etc, are all good in iron i think all fruit and veg all have different qualities in them so you need to eat a variety to be healthy.

Hi: Vegetable...cooked tomatoes... Fruit...any berry, but
blueberries get the knod...

I think the best fruit for someones health has to be Mango's, nice and juicy, full of vitamins. The best vegetable has to be cucumbers or broccoli.

It is not well known but cantaloupe is loaded with nutrition

It depends on your body and your health.
Some fruits should be avoided if you have problems with high sugar. Some vegies should be avoided if you have arithritis (like potatoes and eggplant).

All of them... peaches, pears, cucumbers, apples, nectarines, berries, grapes, oranges, tangerines, bananas, melons, .......... from here on my brain is drawing a blank :D

And for veggies... again... all of them :D

Wheatgrass juice...Outstanding! had very painful tendonitis,would suddenly lose strength in me wrist.One 2oz wheatgrass shot,no pain or weakness for the better part of 9 months.
Overall fruits and vegis are great for ya.Eat the
rainbow for optimum health.Just eat melon alone. and nothing for two hours after citrus.
To avoid the whole putrifying,mucus production
factor.Supposedly thats what causes rheumatoid conditions as well as skin problems
ulcerative collitis and all that attractive stuff.

You're supposed to eat five portions per day and I recommend;
four grapes and a chocolate orange!
