What foods are better to eat, to keep your stomach flat & not blow-up ?!

Question:

What foods are better to eat, to keep your stomach flat & not blow-up ?

Sometimes even a little food makes my stomach blow-up.
Sometimes it does not, can you help suggest the best ones.

Answers:
No carbonated drinks.

Its not so much... what you eat, its how often and how much you eat. Try to eat 4 to 6 times a day in smaller portions. This will increase you metabolism and also help you lose and maintain a smaller figure.

i dont know but that beer is blowin my stomach 4feethigh anyway, stay away from the alcyhol. that there alcyhol is shitte

gassy foods will bloat you , like broccoli and beans, but if you bloat all the time maybe you should see a doc.

Some foods that may cause bloating are:
Beans, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, sprouts, onions and garlic.

Avoid carbonated drinks.

Avoid artificial sweeteners such as sorbitol, mannitol or maltitol. These sweeteners, which are used in place of sugar, have a laxative effect which can leave you feeling uncomfortable and full of gas.

Sometimes a food allergy can cause bloating (such as lactose intolerance, wheat or gluten intolerance).

Swallowing too much air can also cause bloating, so be sure to chew with your mouth closed, don't talk while eating, and avoid using straws and sports bottles.

IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) can be a cause of bloating as well, and if you suspect this you may want to see your doctor for more info.

You could try drinking chamomile or peppermint tea as they are good for digestion and may help with that bloated feeling.

Good luck and feel better, hope I helped some!

We'll i would say not greasy foods.. but maybe like a sandwhich.. or.. like veg. you know simple things.. not like a buffet

ALL WHITE FLOUR IS TO BE AVOIDED,NAMASTE

somthing healhty and nutricious

Foods that have salt in them, such as peanut nuts, and if you want to drink something, then you should drink Ginger ale (think I spelled that right) and if you don't have that then drink Sprite, and if your stomach really hurts, add some salt to it. That really helps me when my stomach blow-up
