Can we keep food warm in a cooler bag for at least an hour?

I dont know about a cooler bag, but they do sell bags that keep foods warm (kinda like the pizza bags).

Wrap the dish in aluminum foil, then a bath towel then put it in the cooler and it will still be hot an hour later. I do this every year for the family reunion, it takes about 45 minutes to get there.
