Nutritional Breakfast Cereals?!

Question:

Nutritional Breakfast Cereals?

What are some of the most nutrishous cereals available?

Answers:
I was actually reading in either Maxim or Cosmopolitan, an article about the healthiest cereals for you. From the worst to the best. The worst was Cookie Crisp and the best was Wheatabix.
May taste like carboard, but apparently its the best for you! I think Kashi might have been 2nd or 3rd and Cheerios was in the top 5. =) Hope this helps at all.

And of course, always with 2% or less fat milk :)

Total

i'm a fan of kashi breakfast cereals. very good for you.

The most nutritional one to me is Kashi with 13 grams of protein and 10 grams of fiber; not to mention everything else that is packed into it. It's the one cereal I can eat first thing in the morning and not be hungry until around 11:30 a.m.

Cereal made from whole grain seem to be the best. Check that the first ingredient on the box (or bag) is whole grain. My favorites are honey bunches of oat and cheeri o's (scooters or honey oats), and I forget the name of the one that's frosted on one side and not the other...their big chunks, you know?
Quaker squares are amazing too!
Oh! Cereals made of corn "something" are good too. (Chex, corn flakes,

Kashi cereals are good, so is Total and Special K.

Various granolas. And oatmeal is one of the best cereals for your health.

i think that Special K cereals are good for you AND they taste amazing. ive heard good things about Kashi too but they dont seem too delicious, at least to me...

Weet Bix are by far the best cereal you can get, I love it with sliced banana on top. Just Right and All Bran are also good for you.

I have also recently dicovers 'Sultana Bran Crunch' It tastes so much better then the original sultana bran.
