Choose a variety of your favorite fresh fruits to crown this refreshing dessert.

Fresh Fruit Tart

Crust Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Filling Ingredients:
1/2 cup sour cream
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon granulated sugar

Topping Ingredients:
1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
Variety of your favorite fruits, cut-up

1. Heat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine butter and 1/3 cup sugar in large mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until creamy (1 to 2 minutes). Reduce speed to low; add flour, milk and almond extract. Beat until well mixed (1 to 2 minutes).
3. Press dough onto bottom and up sides of ungreased 10-inch tart pan with removable bottom or 12-inch pizza pan; prick with fork. Bake for 13 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.
4. Stir together sour cream, cream cheese and sugar; spread over cooled crust.
5. At serving time, sprinkle with coconut; arrange fruit on top. Store refrigerated.
