Cucumbers, do they have any nutrional value at all?!

Question:

Cucumbers, do they have any nutrional value at all?

If not then why do we bother to eat them in our salads?

Answers:
They are mostly water so it keeps you hydrated.Considered to be a low calorie vegetable wonder, about one-third of an average sized Cucumber has only 15 calories. Providing carbohydrates, protein and dietary fiber, Cucumbers contain vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and calcium.

Besides all this they taste good. Also if you leave the skins on they are high on the list for vegetables that are good for preventing cancer.

Cucumbers do, but I think you'll find that celery is the best one.

You use more calories chewing on celery then the stuff actually gives you.
